Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 464 supported Marines assigned to 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, completing helicopter rope suspension technique training aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 13, 2016. This type of aerial insertion and extraction method allows for quick movement of ground units and expands their ability to support other ground combat units.
