On Dec. 4, Major General Troy Kok, commanding general for the U.S. Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, spoke at a Vietnam veterans appreciation event sponsored by the New York Jets. Also attending was Command Sgt. Maj. Arlindo Almeida, the 99th RSC CSM, and Ambassador George Duell, the Army Reserve ambassador for the state of Pennsylvania. Retired Colonel and Medal of Honor recipient Jack Jacobs also spoke at the event.
