Marines from I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group conducted an operational pause for professional development November 28,2016. The operational pause allowed the Marines to reflect on what they are doing well and what they can improve upon. The Marines heard from Trevor Hoffman, a future hall of fame baseball player about possessing a champion mindset.
