Recovering from injuries sustained on the battlefield is no easy process. For some, the recovery process is helped by getting to go back to the place where the injuries happened. Thanks to Operation Proper Exit, some service members had the opportunity to return to Bagram, Afghanistan, to get some closure. Includes soundbites from Tech. Sgt. Mandy Mueller, paramedic, Craig Joint Theater Hospital, and Senior Chief Petty Officer Raina Hockenberry, wounded warrior.
