This Mississippi National Guard Veteran's Day PSA features Sgt. 1st Class (Ret.) Norris Galatos, a retired Mississippi Army National Guard Soldier who received life threatening injuries in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom III in 2005, while deployed with the 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team. Galatos, of Meridian, Miss., spent four years recovering from his injuries at the Walter Reed Army Medical Clinic in Bethesda, Md. The Mississippi National Guard faithfully supports its Veterans, like Galatos, and thanks them and their families for their sacrifices, unwavering loyalty, and devotion to their country in the name of freedom.
