The Coast Guard medevacs a man from 20 miles east of Charleston Oct. 24, 2016.

A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Savannah medevacked a 55-year-old man who was a passenger aboard the 60-foot sailboat the Three Dutchman, which was being towed.
