George C. Marshall European Center German Deputy Director Brig. Gen. (ret.) Johann Berger discusses the memorandum of agreement that was signed between the U.S. and Germany on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016.
U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Work and German Parliamentary Secretary to the Federal Minister of Defense Ralf Brauksiepe signed the document that increases Germany’s role at the center and further commits Germany to increase their investment in the center’s programs with personnel and funds.
