Coast Guard rescues injured hiker on Saddle Mountain

A Coast Guard aircrew aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter, from Sector Columbia River, rescued a female hiker, 75, who broke her ankle while hiking Saddle Mountain, which is 20 miles east of Seaside, Ore., Sept. 28, 2016.

The aircrew safely hoisted the woman and transferred her to emergency medical services at the Sector Columbia River base in Warrenton.
