    U.S. Army Garrison - Japan

    Narration:
    The U. S. Army Garrison Japan change of responsibility between outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Rosalba Dumont-Carrion and incoming Command Sgt. Maj. Will Holland was held recently at Camp Zama. Many community members from on and off the installation, including Command Sergeants Majors from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and representatives from local communities attended the ceremony.

    Speech: Sgt. Maj. Rosalba Dumont-Carrion, outgoing Command Sgt. Maj.

    Narration:
    Sgt. Maj. Dumont-Carrion, completing a two-year assignment at U.S. Army Garrison Japan, will move on to Fort Sam Houston, Texas to work as the Medical Command’s Equal Opportunity Advisor.

    Narration:
    Command Sgt. Maj. Holland began his military career in the National Guard, stationed in North Carolina. He has also served as a Narcotic Detector Dog Handler, Explosive Dog Handler and Kennel Master at Giessen Kennels, 104th Area Support Group, Germany. Command Sgt. Maj. Holland comes to USAG Japan from his previous assignment as Sergeant Major at Indianapolis Recruiting Battalion.
