Members of the Wyoming National Guard practiced caring for and transferring critical care patients from simulated field conditions to a Critical Care Air Transport Team facility, Sept. 11, 2016 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Army Guard medics with C Co 5/159 GSAB and Air Guard medics with the 153rd Medical Group performed life-saving procedures on simulated patience as the injured were transferred from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter to a C-130H Hercules aircraft.
