The Formal Training Center for the KC-46 was dedicated at Altus Air Force Base. AETC Commander Lt. Gen. Darryl Roberson and AMC Commander Gen. Carlton Everhart attended along with Oklahoma Civic Leaders. Lieutenant Colonel Ruttenber took command of the squadron and the center was dedicated to local civic leader Dr. Joe Leveret.
