During PATRIOT North 2016 exercise Aero Medical evacuations Soldiers and Airmen from National Guard units from throughout the nation are trained on loading litters on a Army National Guard UH-60 Black Hawk and a UH-72A Lakota.
PATRIOT North is an annual large scale disaster response exercise hosted by the National Guard at Volk Field Wisconsin. The goal of this year exercise is to provide realistic training venues and scenarios for military and civilian domestic operations, providing opportunities to improve coordination between civilian entities and their military counterparts.
