The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force’s Central Readiness Force recently held a Guard of Honor and change-of-command ceremony to welcome Lt. Gen. Shigeru Kobayashi as the unit’s new commander at their headquarters on Camp Zama. Col. Stephen Grabski, Deputy Commander of U.S. Army Japan attended the ceremony on behalf of Maj. Gen. James F Pasquarette, Commander of U.S. Army Japan.
