Pvt. Freddy Zhagui is a Soldier of the 851st Vertical Engineering Company out of Camp Ripley, Minn. Working as an electrician in the unit, the young Soldier was chosen to participate in a training mission in Croatia as part of the National Guard State Partnership Program. This year the Minnesota Guardsmen will be renovating a school in Karlovac, Croatia.
