Country Music Recording Artist Kenny Rogers is partnering with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to remind everyone to “Wear Your Life Jacket” especially during the Memorial Day holiday. He encourages families not to gamble when boating and recreating at area lakes, to be attentive and to wear a life jacket.
