The Pennsylvania Air National Guard's Schoolhouse, located at Fort
Indiantown Gap, Annville, Penn. has two main focuses. The Regional
Equipment Operator Training Site (REOTS) and the Lightning Force Academy
(LFA). Here we feature the LFA where Engineering and Installation Airmen
take part in new installation. MSgt William Gallagher, is an instructor at
the schoolhouse and gives us insight into the overall operation. Students
shown represent Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, and West Virginia Air
