The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers encourages the public to know how to swim to be safe when visiting Corps lakes. Even if someone doesn’t plan on entering the water it’s smart to be aware of swimming ability limitations to avoid tragedy. This public service announcement is in conjunction with the National Water Safety Program campaign “Life Jackets Worn…Nobody Mourns.” Media and members of the public are encouraged to use this video PSA.
