The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wants to remind the public that drinking alcohol and operating a boat on the water doesn’t mix. It’s illegal and greatly increases the risk of accidents! This public service announcement is in conjunction with the National Water Safety Program campaign “Life Jackets Worn…Nobody Mourns.” Media and members of the public are encouraged to use this video PSA.
