MEDDAC Japan Hosts a Joint Tactical Exchange Program

Soldiers from U.S. Army Medical Command Japan and the1st Division Medical unit from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force recently conducted a joint tactical exchange program at Camp Zama’s Dewey Park. The event was meant to enhance the Soldiers’ ability to efficiently provide medical care in a combat environment and also to develop a better understanding between the U.S. Army and the Japan Ground Self Defense Force on how each service provides medical care.
