Members of a joint recovery team deployed by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery team conduct a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) rehearsal before starting
excavation operations in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam, Mar. 12, 2016. During these rehearsals, teams set and practice evacuation plans to expedite the transport of injured personnel hurt
