When service members depart for an operation or exercise, there is no doubt in their mind that the necessary equipment to complete their task will be where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. But who is responsible for all of the “behind the scenes” paperwork, planning, and tedious processes that go into mission planning? Marine Cpl.
