The 388th and 419th fighter wings at Hill Air Force Base have just flown the 100th sortie of the F-35 lightning II. The Total Force Integration team at Hill is the first operational unit in the Air Force with combat-coded F-35s, and they plan to achieve Initial Operational Capability by Fall 2016.
