U.S. Sailors with 3d Marine Logistics Group conduct a Civilian Health Engagement during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15) in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, The Philipines, Sept. 21. PHIBLEX 15 is an annual, bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines in order to strengthen our interoperability and working relationships across the range of military operations from disaster relief to complex expeditionary operations.
