℠2015 - Secretary of Defense Ash Carter continued his five-day trip to Europe when he spoke to troops in Moron Air Force Base, Spain. Secretary Carter thanked the service members and their families for their continued sacrifice, and highlighted the DoD's shift from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan to other global threats.
