U.S. Soldiers from Alpha Company, 218th Brigade Support Battalion, South Carolina Army National Guard, deliver sandbags to the Columbia Riverfront Canal in an effort to repair the canal's breached levee, Oct. 5th, 2015, during a statewide flood response. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
