Coast Guard rescue crews with the Maine Marine Patrol responded to a report of a runaway fishing vessel Friday, Oct. 2, 2015. Watchstanders at the Northern New England Command Center in Portland, Maine received a call from the ferry Everett Libby stating the fishing vessel Legacy was driving in circles.
