Soldiers and sailors from the Japanese Self-Defense Force simulated a casualty evacuation during Exercise Dawn Blitz 2015, Sept. 7. Dawn Blitz is a multinational training exercise being conducted by Expeditionary Strike Group Three and 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade to build U.S., Japan, Mexico and New Zealand’s amphibious operations and command and control capabilities through live, simulated, and constructive military training activities.
