Army Reserve Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) units from around the United States train on life saving techniques during their annual training. Soldiers trained and honed their skills in Ocala Florida and then had to respond to an emergency situation exercise at Guardian Centers, an emergency responder training facility in Perry Georgia. They experience an emergency situation and respond victims' needs. They also learn to safely extract victims from buildings collapsed from dirty bomb attacks. CBRN Soldiers practice these life saving skills in order to assist civil authorities in the event of a disaster, man-made or natural. The Army Reserve is a community partner for emergency response.
