Marines with 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force - Darwin, participate in Exercise Tigers Challenge 15, a resiliency training course hosted by Australian soldiers with 5th Battalion, the Royal Australian Regiment, Australian Army, August 10-14 at Robertson Barracks, Palmerston, Northern Territory, Australia. Tigers Challenge 15 is a week-long course with rigorous physical training, mental challenges and team-building exercises to help build camaraderie and instill a confidence in the troops to be able to take on and accomplish any challenge. The rotational deployment in Australia enables Marines to more effectively train, exercise and operate with their partners, enhancing regional security and building a capacity to respond more rapidly to natural disasters and crises throughout that region.
