Defenders from the 341st Security Forces Group are showing their mettle this week during tryouts for Malmstrom's #GSChallenge15 security forces team. Each day, a different group of hopefuls is put through a three-hour wringer of push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, calisthenics, distance runs and other drills to test their mental, physical and spiritual fortitude.
