U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force – Darwin, and Australian soldiers with 5th Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment, Australian Army, Australian Defence Force, conduct a rehearsal of concept walkthrough July 14 at Bradshaw Field Training Area, Northern Territory, Australia, during Exercise Talisman Sabre 2015. Talisman Sabre provides an invaluable opportunity to conduct operations in a combined, joint, and interagency environment that increases the U.S.-Australian alliance’s ability to plan and execute contingency responses, from combat missions to humanitarian assistance efforts.
