Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson authorizes Adjutant General Mark Berry to arm full-time Arkansas National Guard soldiers and airmen in reaction to the deaths of four marines and one sailor in Chattanooga Tennessee on July 16, 2015 and also the attack on the Little Rock, AR Army-Navy recruiting station in 2009 that resulted in the death of one soldier and the injury of another. Soldiers at the Robinson Maneuver Training Center in North Little Rock qualified on M-9s today as a part of General Berry's plan to protect soldiers and airmen.
