memorandum outlines the shared strategic vision for future bilateral cooperation between U.S Army Europe and Lithuania Land Forces. This includes specific security-cooperation activities that USAREUR and
the LLF agree to evaluate for USAREUR's ability to support, and, as USAREUR and LLF resources permit, execute as subelements of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
