A short time lapse of the re-tiling of the community centers roof. Minnesota Army National Guard soldiers from the 851st Vertical Engineer Company and the Croatian Army, Mechanized Armored Brigade are working together in partnership with U.S. European Command to complete a Humanitarian Civic Assistance project for the village of Račinovci, Croatia. The village was impacted by serve flooding May 2014 and the service members will rebuild the community center in less than three weeks.
