U.S. Army's Training Support Activity Europe Expeditionary Division completes pack-out of containers at Grafenwoehr, Germany, May 19, 2015 bound for the Nanking Training Area in Zambia to support U.S. Army Africa (USARAF). Southern Accord 2015. Southern Accord is a USARAF sponsored, annual joint training partnership exercise between the United States, the Southern African Development Communities and other partner nations. The exercise is designed to increase interoperability between military forces and ensure the common ability to conduct peace support operations throughout Southern Africa.
