Stryker teams from Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, conduct a rapid deployment exercise from Fort Wainwright, Alaska to Allen Army Airfield, Fort Greely, Alaska, as part of Exercise Northern Edge, June 24, 2015. Northern Edge 2015 is Alaska’s premier joint training exercise designed to practice operations, tactics, techniques and procedures as well as enhance interoperability among the services. Thousands of Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen from active duty, reserve and National Guard units are involved.
