    The Sophomore Class of the 114th Congress honor America’s fallen with a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. Reps. Jim Bridenstine of Oklahoma’s First District, Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii Second District and Paul Cook of California’s Eighth District, representing the sophomore class of the 114th Congress, and escorted by Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington Commanding General Maj. Gen. Jeffrey S. Buchanan, participated in the ceremony on May 21, 2015. Dignitaries from all over the world pay respects to those buried at Arlington National Cemetery in more than 3,000 ceremonies each year.
