Have you ever heard of perimeter shopping? I’m not talking about walking around the outside of a grocery store looking to buy food. I’m talking about buying food located along the outer edge of the grocery store as opposed to in the aisles (inside the store, of course). That’s where most grocery stores place their freshest items such as fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, and bread – healthy choices.
