Reservists have two bosses if you think about it. One when the uniform is on, and one that they work for to help pay the bills. These bosses need to be understanding about the constant need for time off for military drills and training. So the 446th Air Wing invited a whole bunch of them out to see exactly what these Airmen do when training.
