US and Philippine forces hand over one of their completed Engineer Civil Action Projects to San Rafael High School. The project was one of five that involved adding a two-classroom building to the campus. The additional classrooms will allow San Rafael High School to add 11th and 12th grade to their program. Airmen from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska worked with Philippine Seabees to complete the project at San Rafael High School.
