Fourteen soldiers from various units within U.S. Army Japan, including Okinawa, participated in Warrior Challenge Competition 2015 at both Camp Fuji and Camp Zama.
During the four-day competition, soldiers were tested on Army Physical Fitness, day and night land navigation, M-16 Zero qualification and reflexive fire, five separate warrior skills test- both skill levels I and II, rigorous obstacle course competition, and a Command Sgt. Maj. Board along with a written exam and essay. Based on these competitions, the winners for Non-commissioned Officer of the year and Soldier of the year were selected.
