Marines and members of the Government of Japan gathered April 4 at the West Futenma Housing Area in Ginowan City, Japan, to celebrate the returning of the housing area to the GOJ. The land turnover is part of a larger plan to give back portions of US military installations to Japan. Includes sound bites from Maj. Gen.
