Staff Sgt. Pablo Palacio, assigned to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, was selected as the Division’s Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2015. The three-day competition tested Five competitors' proficiency in marksmanship, basic warrior tasks, physical fitness and land navigation. He will go on to compete at the XVIII Airborne Corps Noncommissioned Officer and soldier of the Year competition.
