U.S. Marine Corps explosive ordnance disposal technicians with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Crisis Response-Africa met with Unidad Militar de Emergencias personnel from the Spanish Defense Force to demonstrate their robotic assets and survey the UME disaster training site at Morón Air Base, Spain, Feb. 18, 2015. UME personnel provide disaster relief throughout Spain and, if required, abroad. SPMAGTF-CR-AF regularly engages in training with Allies to build stronger working relationships. This demonstration familiarized the UME with the tools U.S. Marines have readily available and set the stage for potential future combined training events. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt.
