An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Facility Newport, Ore., hoists a man with a reported spinal injury from a jetty near Yaquina Bay. Ore., Jan. 29, 2015. The man was lowered into a nearby parking lot and transported by ambulance to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport.
