Aviation Electrician's Technician 2nd Class John Kimbrow, from Pendleton, Ore., performs maintenance on an oscilloscope in aircraft intermediate maintenance department's calibration lab onboard the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Bonhomme Richard's crew is currently making preparations to get underway and continue the ship's efforts in supporting the Chief of Naval Operation's three tenets: Warfighting First, Operate Forward and Be Ready.
