Rushmore off the coast of southern California, Dec 8. SK15, a scenario-driven amphibious
large-scale combined arms and live-fire exercise, enables 1st Marine Division to test and refine
its command and control capabilities by acting as the headquarters element for a forward-
deployed Marine Air-Ground Task Force.
