Civil engineers from the 140th Civil Engineer Squadron out of Buckley AFB, CO team up with royal civil engineer soldiers from the 39 Engineer Regiment from Kinloss Barracks, Scotland to accomplish Exercise Flying Rose. Together, they built concrete pads for garbage receptacles, refurbished a scout hut, built two BBQ pits, and constructed two water closets in a two-week period. The mission fulfilled the COANG CE's annual training requirement. Also available in high definition.
