    ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA - Participants for Tradewinds 2014 crane two 33-foot Interceptor Response Boats from Grenada and St. Vincent off of the USAV New Orleans (LCU 2031) at Camp Blizzard May 31, 2014. The boats will be used as a training platform for the Royal Antiguan Barbuda Defence Force throughout the exercise. Tradewinds 2014 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
