The U.S. Air Forces Central Command Expeditionary Band "Hypersonic" completed a two week tour throughout Afghanistan providing morale and welfare for deployed service members and coalition forces. The band is comprised of eight members deployed from Yakota, Japan and is based out of Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The purpose of the AFCENT band is to strengthen U.S. and Coalition troop morale and build positive relationships within the international community through the universal language of music.
